These sessions are designed for those who ARE ready to take ownership of their health.
These sessions are not for the quick fix solution bunch, a magic pill that will fix everything sadly DOES NOT exist. You're the only one that can fix yourself, with the help, love, support and guidance of others.
Only your lovely self can determine the overall outcome of your improved health by remaining open to new and different perspectives and implementing any guidance and information which resonates with you the most. One size does not fit all - it does not allow for your exquisite uniqueness.
If you're looking for effective and practical tools to help empower you as well as discovering important insights into your health challenges then these sessions will prove a vital part of your journey. Hooray!

Who is qualified to administer The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy®
Only those practitioners who have successfully completed the first two levels of training, which includes Self-Care and Professional Care Training are qualified to apply these techniques in their practice. Practitioners who have completed Certification are advanced practitioners who have completed the requirements, such as case studies and advanced body work applications.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your appointment, out of respect for your practitioner we require that you notify us within 24 hours so that this time may then be reallocated appropriately.
- Cancellation up to 24 hours prior to appointment, no fee incurred.
- Cancellation within 24 hours prior to appointment, 50% of the practitioner’s normal fee will be charged.
- No notification and no attendance for your scheduled appointment, 100% of the practitioner’s normal fee will be charged.
